Around twenty-five thousand homes in Queensland's southeast woke up lacking electricity on Monday's dawn after severe thunderstorms impacted the region, generating strong winds hitting 109km/h.
Large Hailstones and Broad Destruction
Locals reported large ice chunks reaching sizes of seven centimeters in particular locations. The Bureau of Meteorology announced that various areas across Queensland had been affected by large hailstones.
